If your order arrives damaged, do not ship back damaged item(s). Instead, email us, as we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within the same day or the next working day after your order is placed.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any relevant tracking information by email.

UK Shipping

Free shipping is available on all UK orders.

We currently offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom, with delivery typically taking 1-2 working days.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping through our website. This includes Ireland and all other destinations outside the UK.

However, if you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly. We can definitely look into arranging a shipment to your location and will do our best to find a suitable shipping option for you.
